If you have ever...
heard the resounding kiasu cries of '45 MINS TO FALL-IN!' echoing through the miniforum,
went a bit insane over an egg with your name on it,
felt inexplicable satisfaction when finally watching the body fluids leak out of said egg,
striven to apprehend raving casualties asking for your SFA certificate,
died due to fire, earthquake, chemical poisoning or slight tardiness,
vibrated in fixed positions during punishments, only in a slightly irregular pattern,
acted as if a ma'am had the eyes of Medusa,
spent countless hours walking around stiffly and stamping on the ground,
discovered that the human butt is an impossibly heavy object,
heard 'Why are y'all standing here?' and had an uncontrollable laughing fit,
looked like lost, sleep-deprived refugees in the middle of Orchard Road,
kissed a dummy with an invertible face and a questionable gender,
known a bunch of crazy, funny, wonderful and incredibly awesome hooligans who call themselves
red cross cadets,
...you belong here.
{DID YOU KNOW?}
Elements form compounds to achieve stability.
They are held together by chemical bonds.
When a compound is formed, its physical and chemical properties differ from its constituent elements.
A mixture can be separated by simple, mechanical means,
while a compound can only be separated by a chemical reaction.

Sec 2s and 3s,
As all of you know, FA syllabus have changed. Sec 3s, good news is that some of the bandaging methods still remain. But there are other new methods as well. We hope that everyone can stay back next wednesday, from 3-5.30pm. We expect everyone to be present. IF you cant come for this session, do tell us your reason by next activity. it is ok if your lessons might end late. just let us know as well. For this session, we will be doing ALL bandaging methods and CPR. We will try our best to finish them all within the 2.5hr. We wont be giving your time to practice at all. if only there is extra time then we will do some practice. we are going to learn from jannah, renting and jesslyn how to do the bandaging method for us. do watch carefully and absorb all the information like a sponge! pls really really try your best to absorb everything.Jesslyn, Jannah and Renting: since we are going to be using roller bandage as well, do let your Sec 3s and sqaudmates know which kind of size of roller bandage.
EVERYONE:
MAKE SURE EVERY SINGLE SEC 2s and SEC 3s HAVE ROLLER BANGDAGE AND TRIANGULAR BANDAGE.
ALSO, MAKE SURE EVERYONE HAVE THE UPDATED CPR PROCEDURE. (pls copy them down and get them from Jesslyn, Jannah or Renting.)
pls get all the above items before the session on next wednesday.
Sec 3s: Zhi Hui, Keng Leng, Fina, Lim Huan, Ritika pls meet the NCOs at 7.15am.
Love
FA i/cs
(This was from the mail.)
Apparently the roller bandage is 10cm x 4.5 m.
Do get them at local stores now. (Guardian I think?)
Here's the notes Jesslyn, Jannah and Renting copied from the course. Please Make sure you have your roller bandage and the notes. For standardising purpose, just copied everything that is on that scanned version above. Use blue ink pen with CRESCENT foolscap paper. (Sorry if anyone already copied >: )
