Hey, squadmates.
I am going to list out whatever that's need to be standardised for CAMP APPRAISALS over here:
(READ EVERY SINGLE THING WRITTEN HERE. I DONT CARE HOW LAZY ARE YOU FEELING RIGHT NOW, BUT WE MUST STANDARDISE THE APPRAISALS.)
1) NO UDDERLING, NO BOLD, NO ITALIC.
2) Arial font size 12 - I don't think anyone's font is different.
3) DO NOT leave any spacing under ANY titles.
(e.g:
Firedrill
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXX4 linesXXXXXX
NOT
Firedrill
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXX4 linesXXXXX)
4)If there's any spacing to leave at anywhere, make sure that it's only SPACING OF 1 LINE.
(e.g:
18th November(Day 1)
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
NOT
18th November(Day 1)
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX)
5)Leave spacing of 1 line on top and below the dates written
(e.g:
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
18th November(Day 1))
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX )
6)write "Sec1s" and "Sec2s" this way: "sec ones", "sec twos"
7)If anyone wrote...
- "SFA", spell out in full, with small letters.
- "FDC", write in short form, in capital letters as shown.
- "CCA", write in short form, in capital letters as shown.
- "NCC", write in short form, in capital letters as shown.
- "first aid", spell out in full and with small letters.
- "footdrill", spell out in full, with small letters and no spacing in between.
- "outdoor activity", spell out in full, with small letters.
- "outdoor cooking", spell out in full, with small letters.
- "evacuation", spell out in full, with small letters.
- "red cross values", spell out in full, with small letters.
- "firedrill", write in small letters, and no spacing in between.
- "physical training", spell out in full, with small letters.
- "Day I/C", spell out as: "Day I/C", instead of "i/c" or "DI" or whatever.
- "DT", write in full as: "Day Trainer", with the "D" & "T" in capital letters, but the rest in small.
- Any numbers write in words form, for example: "5" write as "five". And in small letters.
- "mini firedrill", no need to add "-" inside. Just write in small letters and no spacing in between the "firedrill"
- "uniform inspection", write in full, with small letters.
- "area cleaning", write in small letters.
- school's blocks, write it this way: "E block" (let "E" be the representation of any blocks.)
- "ma'ams", write in small letters and don't write "NCOs".
(when writing NCOs appraisal, write "ma'am" behind the name of the ma'ams, if you were ever to mention her name.)
- "bang-ings", write in small letters, with a "-" in between "bang" and "ing"
- "mini forum", write in small letters, with no "-" in between, just as shown.
- "basketball court", write in small letters as shown.
- "parade square", write in small letters as shown.
- "red cross", write in small letters.
- "squadmates", write in small letters, without spacing in between.
- "groupmates", write in small letters, without spacing in between.
- "messtin", write in small letters, without spacing in between.
- "accreditation", spell out in full, write in small letters.
- "co-operative", write in small letters, with a "-" in between.
- "etcetera", spell out in full, with small letters.
9) Write the appraisal in US english. (e.g: "standardiZe", not "standardiSe")
10) Write group member appraisal this way:
(group name) FULL NAME OF YOUR GROUP MEMBER
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXX4 linesXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
- write first alphabet of group name in capital letter, the rest in small letters.
- write full name of your group member
e.g:
(Summer) Eng Keng Leng
XXXXXXXXX(4 lines)XXXXXXXXXXXXX
- There's no need to write group member appraisal for yourself, so you don't have to include 4 blank lines under this section and put your own name up there.
11)PLEASE COMPLETE YOUR APPRAISALS. By this, I mean: fill up all the lines.
Example, if there's 4 lines under the word firedrill, means you have to write exactly 4 lines of comments for it. You can only the exceed the number of lines, but never write too little.
12) If you weren't present for certain parts of the camp, just leave that portion blank, with the lines still there. DO NOT WRITE:
I________werent'________there________on________the_______third_________day.
___________________________________________________________________________
13) Write for all NCOs, even if you didn't see her being DT or whatever.
Well, that's all for now. If there's anymore, I will post up again.
Thanks:D
