Hey, guys.
This time round, get serious.
We DON'T WANT the file standardisation to FAIL A.G.A.I.N.
Really, for the very very last time...make this be the last time we're saying that we failed the file standardisation.
The order of the notes/dividers/papers you have in your file SHOULD be:
1. Cover page : the one with a big Red Cross emblem on it
2. Obart Chart: the piece of paper which has something that looks like a family tree, but indicate the position of all the ma'ams
3. Standard Rules (staple this) : the set of notes with all the RC rules on it, obviously.
4. Contact list: print facing out
5. Firedrill Procedure: the piece of paper with 6 squares on it and instructions/notes within each of the 6 squares
6. FA divider: light blue colour
7. FA handwritten notes: make sure follow the format and stuff like that required (more info below)
8. RCV divider: light green colour
9. RCV silver notes
10. RCV bronze notes
11. FD divider: light pink
12. Reporting procedure: the set of notes with how to fall-in
13. FD bronze notes
14. Evac divider: light peach
15. Evac bronze notes
16. OA divider: light green
17. OA silver notes
18. OA bronze notes
19. Community singing divider: brown
20. Community singing notes
21.Health Law divider: sea blue
22. Health Law notes
ALL notes to be DOUBLE-SIDED and BLACK & WHITE.
TAKE OUT last divider(red).
TAKE OUT STAPLERS for ALL NOTES, but except for STANDARD RULES.
CONTACT LIST to be printed FACING OUT.
HANDWRITTEN NOTES to be in BLUE INK only (NO HIGHTLIGHTER, OTHER COLOUR PEN, MARKER and PENCIL)
TAKE OUT ALL HANDWRITTEN NOTES/TESTES for RCV, EVAC, FD and OA.
ALL HANDWRITTEN NOTES to be written on CGS FOOLSCAP.
DO NOT WRITE NAMES ON WRITTEN NOTES.
And there will be a MEETING next wednesday, 3.30pm to 4.30pm.
It's COMPULSORY and MA'AMS will be COMING.
So please please please come.
Please don't let it be like the meeting held during March Holiday<-- a lot of people never turn up
You all are very busy...we're also very busy...we all know and can understand you guys...But please do this once and for all.
Thank you.
